1 slice frozen pineapple
2-3 cubes of papaya
1 handful of parsley leaves (about 1/2 cup)
I stalk of celery cut into pieces
1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger
1/2 cup fortified orange juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup coconut milk
Pour all ingredients in a high powered blender.

Blend at a low speed then gradually increases to high power, continue blending until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately with a straw. This makes one smoothie.
